Social media demands an investment in order to receive a return, and I'm not sure how many nurses want to devote their time to such endeavors. <br /><br />However, nurse networking sites like yours do help get people motivated, and some larger organizations do have a presence online. And there are a plethora of corporate-sponsored nurse networking sites all over the web. <br /><br />I would like to see a more robust nursing representation on Twitter, for instance.
