I support your intention to maintain your center and care for yourself in the midst of this transition. Your groundedness will be a source of strength when needed for your mom, and your ability to care for yourself is a great model for your whole family. This certainly doesn't make your part in all of this easy. I guess it can never truly be easy to face the letting go and changes brought on by illness, and aging.
